for a truly unforgettable adventure! TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PARK ENTRY
1 – Loopagoon is a “LADIES” Water Park No “MALES” are allowed to enter the park.
2 -Boys above the height of 120 cm and/or above 7 years old are not allowed to enter the park.
3 -Mobile Phones are strictly not allowed to be used in the Park without the security pouch for the purpose of guest privacy.
4 – All kinds of food and drinks are not allowed.
5 – All guests’ bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject
to screening or security check at the park entrances and if
necessary – within the Park.
6 – Loopagoon implements a strict “SWIM ATTIRE” Policy. Guests are
advised to always adhere to the policy while using the park
attractions and facilities.
7 – Tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
8 – Once ticket is issued, date of ticket cannot be CHANGED or AMENDED.
9 – LOOPAGOON management shall not be liable to you for any direct,
indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered
by park guests within the park premises, arising from any acts or
omissions of LOOPAGOON, its staff and/or its other park guests
whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise.
10 – LOOPAGOON management reserves the right, at our absolute
discretion, to deny entry to the park or any attractions to any person
or to require a person already admitted leaving the park or any ride,
without refund or compensation, in circumstances such as failure to
comply with the park rules, illegal, unsafe or offensive conduct or in
other circumstances that we at our sole discretion deem necessary.
11 – LOOPAGOON management reserves the right to amend these
Terms and Conditions of Entry without prior notice
